Hired to teach local store marketing to our franchise partners, encouraging community engagement. Promoted to VP of marketing and grew the capabilities of the corporate office to include web development, graphic design and digital marketing strategy. Supported the growth of social channels and positive reputation for all franchisees.

Established and managed email, text, rewards clubs and online ordering to grow awareness, sales and loyalty for the restaurants. All promotional events and campaigns established over the past 15 years have been executed by my team.
